Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions or need clarification, please feel free to contact me.

1. General Information

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

• Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is explicitly agreed upon and purchased.

• All commissions will be delivered digitally in high-quality formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, or another format upon request). Files will be sent via email to preserve quality.

• I reserve the right to showcase completed artwork on my social media or portfolio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Commission Process

• To request a commission, please contact me via Discord or Bluesky, providing details using a specific form template.

• After discussing the details, I’ll provide an estimated timeline and the total cost. You’re welcome to negotiate or make an offer.

• Full payment is required upfront to secure the commission.

• Upon payment, I will provide [#] thumbnail sketches for you to choose from. After approval, I’ll proceed with a clean sketch, then lineart, coloring, and shading. You’ll be able to review each stage and request changes before moving on.

• After final delivery, I offer 3 minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments or missing details). Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees.

3. Business Days

• My working days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

• Typical completion time for commissions is 2 weeks, though this may vary depending on complexity and my current workload.

• Rush orders can be requested for an additional fee, which will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Rights and Usage

• The final artwork remains my intellectual property, but you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use. This includes, but is not limited to, printing for personal display, showcasing in a portfolio, sharing on social media (with credit), or using it as a profile picture or banner.

• For commercial use (e.g., merchandise, advertising), a separate agreement and additional fees may apply. This must be arranged before the commission begins.

• You may make minor edits (such as resizing or adding text), provided my signature remains intact. Major changes require my permission.

5. Cancellation

• If you cancel after work has started, you will receive the final version of what has been completed by that point. A partial refund will be issued based on progress.

• I reserve the right to cancel any commission if it conflicts with my values, or if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., illness). In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any incomplete work.

6. Redraws & Sketch Use

• You are allowed to finish or modify sketches either by yourself or through another artist, provided you keep me informed and credit me if the artwork is posted publicly.

• If you wish to request a redraw of my original work, please ask for permission and provide proof before proceeding.
